The Tubeline TL1100R bale wrapper is a fully automatic tractor mounted machine capable of wrapping bales up to 1.8 metres in diameter. It comes as standard wit a full LCD control panel and wireless remote control.

The Tubeline TL1100R bale wrapper is a fully automatic tractor mounted round bale wrapper suitable for bales of up to 1.8 metres in diameter. The machines utilises the tractors hydraulic system for power and needs a tractor of at least 30hp. It can also be fitted with an optional hydraulic power plant for stand alone operation

Standard Equipment

As standard the TL1100R comes as standard with an offset twin wrap kit which laminates two layers of film together to apply a stronger layer in a single pass. In addition, it is fitted with a full LCD control panel complete with a wireless remote control. This makes it ideal for single person operation. A fully hydraulic tilting bed is also standard.

For security when travelling, there is also a transport lock fitted to the tipping table. To ensure that the bale remains in the correct place during the wrapping process, bale support rollers and guides are fitted. These also assist in guiding the bale during the discharge process.
