The Robert Mastermix SB is available in three models holding 7, 9 or 13 cubic metres. All feature a single vertical auger & weighing facilities as standard. Discharge door and conveyor discharge models are available.

The Robert Mastermix SB models are based on the existing Mastermix 1 models.  All models within the range feature a single vertical auger made from hard wearing Hardox for a long service life. The Mastermix SB is available in the following cubic capacities:

• 7m
• 9m
• 13m

One of the main features of the SB models over the smaller Mastermix and Evolumix models is the low overall height of the machine.

Two manually adjustable counter knives are fitted to all three models in the range. The larger Mastermix 1-13 model benefits from a gearbox that is capable of giving an auger speed of 25rpm whereas on the smaller two models the auger speed is 27rpm. In addition, a two speed 90hp gearbox can also be specified as an option.

All models are also fitted with three load cells and programmable weighing for 15 rations/15 ingredients is also available as an option. Distribution is carried out via a single door on the front right hand side the machine. A second discharge door and also a rear door can be fitted in certain configurations if required. In addition, a conveyor belt discharge version is also available with the 2-T models.

To allow the easy addition of mineral products, an auger and hopper is also available as an option. To further increase versatility, a straw blower can also be fitted to allow the Mastermix 1 to be used as a bedding machine.
