The Robert GDB7200 Folding Topper is a front and rear mounted model with a 7.2m working width. A range of optional extras can also be fitted.

The Robert GDB7200 Folding Topper has a working width of 7.2 metres. The GDB7200 consists of a single 2.8m working width front mounted mower and also two independently mounted 2.4m units on a rear central frame.

Benefitting from six rotors, 2 per mower unit, each is equipped with three blades. This ensures that all material is cut. The special design of the blades not only allows them to cut but also to create a suction effect. As a result even grass that has been run on by the tractor wheels will be cut. Cutting height is easily adjusted on the skids between seven positions. This allows a stubble height of between 4cm and 18cm to be left. All power to the rotors is transferred by heavy duty gearboxes and PTO shafts for maximum strength and reliability. In addition rear rollers can be fitted as an option.

As standard, all mowers feature a 1000rpm driveline with a rating of 180hp. The drive lines also benefit from friction clutches for additional protection.

All folding is carried out hydraulically allowing a transport width of 3.15 metres to be achieved.  Road lighting equipment is also standard.

All metalwork is treated with an epoxy primer followed by a polyurethane finish. As a result this should give a long and also corrosion free service life.
