The BFS FlowCheck is an innovative device, it allows the output of sprayer nozzles to be checked without a jug & stopwatch.

The BFS FlowCheck is an innovative device first introduced in 2016. It allows the output of any ISO standard nozzle to be checked without the use of a stopwatch and jug. As a result it means no more wet feet for the operator!

To use the Flowcheck you simply set the dial at the base of the device to match the code of the nozzle being tested (e.g. 04 etc) and then hang the Flowcheck(s) on the boom under the nozzle. It can be a single one but also multiple Flowcheck devices can be used at the same time. Once the device(s) are in place, turn on your sprayer pump and set the pressure to 3 bar. It’s now just a case of walking around to the rear of your machine. By this time the nozzle output will be visually indicated on the clear scale of the Flowcheck. If it is above or below the scale then the nozzle output is more than 10% out of it’s given range. as a result it can then be discarded and replaced.

The Flowcheck is sold individually or as a set of 5. Eight different nozzles sizes can be catered for.
