The BFM RF130-40 Mower is able to mow a 130cm wide strip between rows and also has a 70cm wide swinging line trimmer head for cutting vegetation between plants in the row. A tractor with between 30hp and 40hp is required.

The BFM RF130-40 Mower is an innovative machine capable of doing two jobs at once. The main unit benefits from a 130cm wide rotary mower for cutting the grass between rows. Attached and driven by this is a 70cm wide line cutting head. This head has the ability to mow in between the plants along the rows by means of an electro-hydraulic sensor rod. The entire mower unit also features hydraulic sideshift.

The mower is driven by the tractors power take off with a self contained hydraulic system for operating the inter-row line cutter.

Standard equipment includes a pair of front gauge wheels and also an adjustable rear roller. A working speed of between 6kph and 9kph is possible. The RF130-40 weighs 460kg and requires a tractor with 30-40hp.

As an option the RF130-40 can also be mounted on the front of the tractor. In addition, where the machine will be used for long periods a 12 volt oil cooler is also an option.
