Full Details

The Valentini Maxi-Predator is a hydraulically folding stone crusher available in a single working width of 4290mm.

The Working Area

The Maxi-Predator benefits from a 485mm diameter rotor that is fitted with 25mm tips. Thanks to the tips being retained by ball bearings, this allows them to rotate therefore prolonging their lifespan. The rotor is driven by a heavy duty gear case at either end. The Maxi-Predator is designed to be used for the crushing of field stones up to a maximum depth of 15cm, however it can also be used for milling concrete up to 7cm deep.

Spare tips are available in a set of ten or individually.

Construction

Extensive use of hard wearing metals including Domex, Hardox & Strenx is used in the construction of all Valentini stone crushers. As a result, this ensures that the machines have a long and reliable working life. As standard, the Maxi-Predator range is fitted with rear mechanically adjusted flaps to control material flow.

In addition, there is also an option to have the Maxi-Predator fitted with either depth skids or a packer roller as standard.

A tractor fitted with a variable transmission and also a hydraulic top link is highly recommended for all Valentini Stone Crushers.
