The Tubeline TL50 is the first model in the new generation of inline bale wrappers from Tubeline Manufacturing. It is capable of wrapping round bales of up to 1.8m/6 feet in diameter. Two models are available, one with electric over hydraulic controls and one with full electronic controls.

The Tubeline TL50 is the first model in the new generation of inline bale wrappers from Tubeline Manufacturing. It is designed to wrap round bales up to 1.8 metres/6 feet in diameter. Thanks to it’s design it has the potential to also allow users to make considerable savings on bale wrap. Should you wish to wrap both round and square bales then please take a look at the Tubeline TL60 and Tubeline TL70 machines.

Suitable for all types of round bale, the TL50 is able to wrap hay, straw, haylage and silage. It is perfect for use where hay and straw bales need protecting from the weather for outdoor storage.

Standard Equipment

As standard, a 13hp Honda petrol engine is fitted with the option to upgrade to a larger 20hp unit. Film pre-tensioners are also standard fitment, these create a 55% pre stretch in the film to activate the bonding agent contained within. The Film Snap bar is fitted to all models as standard allowing quick and easy cutting of the wrap at the end of a run.

Two models of TubeLine TL50 are available, the TL50LSV and the TL50 ECV. The TL50LSV benefits from simple electric over hydraulic controls whereas the TL50ECV has full electronic control valves are fitted. In addition, the TL50ECV comes with a range of additional standard equipment over the TL50LSV including:

• Self Diagnostics
• Single Joystick Control to drive/steer

Optional Equipment

A wide range of optional equipment can also be fitted to both models of the TL50 including:

• Wireless Film Sensor – shuts down the machine should the wrap run out or break during operation.
• Film Sensor – wired version of the above.
• Road Flex Suspension Axle – Offers additional shock protection during road transport.
• Bale Dispatch Arm – Patented push off arm for clearing the bales at the end of a run.
• Offset Twin Wrap Kit – Holds an additional roll of wrap so a double layer of film is applied in one pass.
• Night Working Kit – Available in both halogen and also LED light versions.
• Remote Steering & Shutdown Kit
• Guide Rollers – located on the tail of the wrapper to help guide the bales and also prevent damage.
• Laser Guidance System – A system to help guide the Tubeline machine keeping it parallel to fences, dense crops and also other bale lines.
