The Tubeline TL1700SR bale wrapper is a fully automatic trailed bale wrapper suitable for round bales of up to 1.8 metres in diameter.  It is also capable of wrapping 0.9 x 0.9 metre square bales from 1.2 metres to 2.1 metres in length. The machines utilises the tractors hydraulic system for power and needs a tractor of at least 30hp.

Standard Equipment

As standard, the TL1700SR comes as standard with an offset twin wrap kit which laminates two layers of film together to apply a stronger layer in a single pass.

To ensure that the bale remains in the correct place during the wrapping process, bale support rollers and guides are fitted. These also assist in guiding the bale during the discharge process.

Optional Equipment

As an option, the TL1700SR is also available with a fully automatic wrapping system complete with a remote control. A 13hp Honda power pack is available for complete stand alone operation. In addition, a hydraulic oil cooler is also available for the Honda power pack
