The Superstar series of automatic hose reel irrigators feature a fully galvanized frame and drum for an increased lifespan. The whole range feature a range of hydraulically controlled features as standard to increase their efficiency during initial set up and operation in the field.

Hose lengths of up to 900 metres can be fitted and a wide choice of hose diameters are available including the most popular option of 110mm for the UK market.

The Irriland Superstar automatic hose reel irrigator is the largest model in the Irriland product range. It benefits from a fully galvanized drum and frame design for an extended lifespan. In addition, a cast iron turbine is also fitted. Hose lengths from 200 metres up to 900 metres are available dependent on pipe diameter fitted. All models are available with the following hose diameters:

• 90mm –   550-600 metres
• 100mm – 400-650 metres
• 110mm – 360-900 metres
• 120mm – 300-700 metres
• 125mm – 200-750 metres
• 135mm – 600-660 metres
• 140mm – 250-550 metres
• 150mm – 400-480 metres

Operator Convenience

All models feature both a hydraulically lowering frame and a hydraulic turntable. All of the main parts of the machine required to initially set up the irrigator in the field are also hydraulically controlled. These include:

• Left wheel/wheels adjustment
• Right wheel/wheels adjustment
• Front jack adjustment
• Stabiliser leg adjustment
• Sprinkler trolley retrieval
• Turntable rotation

A hand wheel is supplied with all machines allowing for small rotation adjustments to be made.

Operation

All models feature a multi speed oil filled gearbox for control of the hose rewind speed . A PTO connection point is also fitted to allow manual rewinding of the hose. In addition, both an automatic drum brake and an automatic stop are also fitted. The latter shuts off the water supply once that the hose is fully rewound. Furthermore, an electronic speed indicator and easy to read manometer are also standard.

As an option, a computer control system can also be fitted. With one of these systems it is possible to include start and finish pauses into each pass and also vary application rates along each pull. Where a greater level of control is required, it is also possible to have full GSM/GPRS integration and App control via smart phone.

The sprinkler cart benefits from both adjustable track width and height. Rotation limiters are also fitted to the sprinkler head. A full range of booms can also be fitted in place of the sprinkler cart. As a result, sensitive crops can be watered without damage.

An eight metre long lay flat hose and five metre long hydraulic hoses are also supplied as standard.
