The Irriland range of diesel engined irrigation pumps are available with a variety of air and water cooled engine options. These are couple to centrifugal pumps sourced from a range of well known manufacturers and offer outputs of between 300 and 15000 litres per minute.

Engines

Irriland Diesel Irrigation Pumps are available with a range of air-cooled and water cooled engines sourced from major manufacturers. In addition, all engines are fitted with a protection system. This prevents damage when left running for long periods unattended should an issue arise. Anti-vibration pads are used for engine mounting to protect both the engine and chassis. Engines used are supplied by any of the following manufacturers:

Pumps

Horizontal centrifugal pumps are fitted across the full range. Most importantly, these are all sourced from well known and respected manufacturers in this field. Drive is taken from the engine by a cardan shaft or direct flange attachment. Most importantly, the Irriland range can cater for outputs of between 300 and 15000 litres per minute. Pumps by the following manufacturers are used:

• Rovatti
• Saer
• Blueline
• Speck
• Varisco
• Cadoppi

Mountings

A full range of pump and engine mounting options are available. Skid mounted pump sets can be provided with or without a cabinet for permanent fixing. However, if the pump will need to be moved, a range of trailer style mounting options are also available. These can be fitted with single or twin axles, road and agricultural wheels are available. In addition both tow ball and ring hitch options are available. For small pump sets, a range of hand cart options can be provided.

In addition, all wheeled pump sets are available with a range of jack options for parking and levelling. As with the skid mounted pumps, wheeled pumps are also available with a range of open platform and cabinet options. Should noise be a concern, acoustically damped cabinets are also available. Noise levels can be as little as 65-70 decibels with this option.

If an all in one option is preferred, there is also an option for the pump to be mounted onto the chassis of the reel itself with some models.

Further, a crane arm can be fitted on some models to lower/raise the suction hose. This firstly increases efficiency and secondly aids operator safety near the water supply.

Priming Options

As everyone knows, the most difficult part with centrifugal irrigation pumps can be priming them. However, Irriland have designed an quick and easy method of carrying this out with their EVA system.
