The Valentini Frutti Telescopic Stone Crusher is designed for use in vineyards and other similar cropping environments at depths of up to 15cm. A tractor with between 70hp and 110hp is required.

The Valentini Frutti is a telescopic stone crusher fitted with two 450mm crushing units. The width is hydraulically variable between 2100mm and 3000mm.

The Working Area

The Frutti benefits from a 485mm diameter gear driven rotor that is fitted with 25mm tips. Thanks to the tips being retained by ball bearings, this allows them to rotate therefore prolonging their lifespan. Designed for use primarily in vineyards, the Frutti is able to work up to 15cm deep.

Spare tips are available in a set of ten or individually.

Construction

Extensive use of hard wearing metals features in the construction of all Valentini stone crushers. As a result, this ensures that the machines have a long and reliable working life. As standard, the Frutti is fitted with rear mechanically adjusted flaps to control material flow.

In addition, there is an option to have the Frutti fitted with rear rollers. It is also possible to fit hydraulic skids and hydraulic rams to adjust the rear flaps.

A tractor fitted with a variable or creep transmission and also a hydraulic top link is highly recommended for all Valentini Stone Crushers.
