The Sator 4 Row Rotary Ridger is available in two row widths to suit either 75cm or 90cm rows. Carrot and potato versions are available.

The Sator 4 Row Rotary Ridger is available in three different configurations, all are fitted with a heavy duty chain driven rotor:

• 75cm x 4 – Carrots
• 90cm x 4 – Carrots
• 75cm x 4 – Potatoes

Options exist to have ridge forming plates and also hydraulically driven rollers fitted to all versions. In addition there is also the option of rear support wheels for the ridge formers. All ridging plates used are fully replaceable. The cover of the ridger is also suspended on rubber shock absorbers to assist with increasing it’s lifespan.

All versions of the ridger benefit from a heavy duty gearbox rated for 300hp. A tractor with a minimum of 150hp can be used. Additional front ballast may be required with smaller tractors due to the size of the machine. To further protect both the tractor and ridger, the power take off is fitted with an automatic clutch.

In addition, it is also possible to add further soil loosening elements to work between the ridges.
