The Valentini Ivan range of fixed stone crushers is made up of three working widths of between 1 metres and 1.5 metres. Tractors of 110-190hp are needed with a variable transmission.

The Valentini Ivan range of fixed frame stone crushers is made up of the following three working widths:

• 1000mm
• 1300mm
• 1500mm

All models benefit from a 670mm diameter rotor that is fitted with 35mm tips. Thanks to the tips being retained by ball bearings, this allows them to rotate therefore prolonging their lifespan. The rotor is driven by a single heavy duty gear case. A working depth of up to 19cm is possible in hard ground such as concrete as asphalt. In soft ground depths of up to 35cm are also possible.

Extensive use of hard wearing metals including Domex, Hardox & Strenx is used in the construction of all Valentini stone crushers. As a result, this ensures that the machines have a long and reliable working life. As standard, the Ivan is fitted with front and rear mechanically operated doors on all models. This assists in holding stone in the machine to ensure that it is crushed sufficiently.

In addition, it is also possible to fit a rear grader blade or packer roller to all models.

A tractor fitted with a variable transmission and also a hydraulic top link is highly recommended for all Valentini Stone Crushers.
