The IRRILAND Apollo Automatic Pumping System is designed and built by Irriland to offer a fully automated electrical water pumping system. Featuring it’s own solar power source, it also has facilities in place to allow a back up power supply from either the main electrical supply or a genset.

The Irriland Apollo is a specially designed automatic pumping system. Through the use of a solar powered pump it can automatically fill water storage tanks. This makes it ideal for use in any of the following situations and more besides:

• Drawing water from wells
• Filling storage tanks
• Irrigation
• Domestic drinking water supply
• Keeping water supplies for livestock refreshed.

The Apollo is supplied with a solar module made up of a panel and power line protection box. All of the cables required to connect the solar panels to the control box are also included.

A computer control system is also supplied. This has the ability to run off the solar panels and also from a mains electrical supply in the event of poor sunlight. In the event of the latter it is also able to shut down the pump automatically. Both a manual and an automatic control function are built it. When set to manual, the Apollo will run permanently. However, in automatic mode the Apollo will only activate the pump when triggered by a remote signal. This can be provided by items such as a float switch or low level sensor.
