The supply package comprises the entire steel structure, including precut sheet metal parts and structural tubes, all cut to size, plus all purchased parts, such as gears, tyres, axles, drive shafts,

hydraulic cylinders and hydraulic hosing. Only the rotor is pre assembled due to manufacturing

reasons. This means all attachment parts, such as tool holders and rotor shafts, are fitted to the rotor, but welded at

specific points only. The purchaser also finishes welding the rotor. The

components are supplied with extremely comprehensive installation instructions.

Requirements for the vehicle:

25 HP engine power and super crawler mode or Vario gears must be featured, so that very slow speeds of around 200

metres per hour can be achieved. A double action hydraulic connection should

also feature on the tractor rear.

Easy running rotor

It's not only us that thinks so, but users also report back to us amazed how smoothly the machine

rakes the compost heaps. We managed to record a reduction of power requirements of about 20%

during field trials. However, if the pile is larger or the raw material fresher, savings may even be

much greater since the new rotating drum can overcome considerably larger piles than its predecessor. Users tell us that a lower power take off speed is required, meaning up to 20% less fuel is consumed. Conical tunnel

This is no quirk of the design. It allows us to ensure that the material moves freely for longer. This provides the rotor with more freedom of movement, e

enabling it to run more smoothly. As a result,

or straw, does not fall back into the rotor section and does not need to be turned over again.

Concrete counterweight

A counterweight only needs to be heavy, but there is no requirement for it to be thick or ugly. As a

result, the tunnel design is also applied to the concrete counterweight.

Structural design

Thanks to modern 3D design engineering, undesired points of breakage are identified before a

This is where experience and state of the art engineering work in unison. The machine has not become lighter, but it has become more stable and powerful. Seeing as some tractors are twice as

big as they were 20 years ago, it does not really matter if we take on double the load compared to before. That's why a more robust machine has also been built to meet new requirements.
