The Valentini Attila N stone crushers are contractors machines suitable for working at depths of up to 50cm in soil/27cm in concrete. A tractor with a minimum of between 220hp and 400hp with a CVT transmission and also a hydraulic top link is recommended.

The Valentini Attila N range of fixed frame stone crushers is made up of the following six working widths:

• 1800mm
• 2000mm
• 2300mm
• 2500mm
• 2800mm
• 3000mm

All models benefit from a 900mm diameter rotor that is fitted with 35mm tips. Thanks to the tips being retained by ball bearings, this allows them to rotate therefore prolonging their lifespan. The rotor is driven by a heavy duty gear case at both ends. A working depth of up to 27cm is possible in hard ground such as concrete as asphalt. In soft ground depths of up to 50cm are also possible.

Extensive use of hard wearing metals including Domex, Hardox & Strenx is used in the construction of all Valentini stone crushers. As a result, this ensures that the machines have a long and reliable working life. As standard, the Attila N is fitted with front and rear hydraulically operated doors on all models. These assist in holding stone in the machine to ensure that it is crushed sufficiently. In addition, hydraulically adjusted skids to set the working depth are also standard.

In addition, it is also possible to fit a rear grader blade to all models. This is an ideal option when the machine is being used for track and roadway maintenance.

A tractor fitted with a variable transmission and also a hydraulic top link is highly recommended for all Valentini Stone Crushers.
